Thailand 2017
The inaugural Gillard Golf tour to Thailand was a huge success, with a total of 21 people enjoying the fantastic hotels, great courses, Thai cuisine and not to mention...the odd beverage or two! After a challenging first day in the heat, the scoring was equally as hot for the rest of the tour with an amazing 47 points from Mike Gundy at Black Mountain being the highlight. The secret holes looked after some guests more than others and John Buckley was the eventual winner with a well compiled 39 points. For the full results, please click on the button below.
As with all tours, I find the golf courses are the first attraction to joining a tour but when you look back on it, it is the people you meet, the places you go and the different culture that really stands out in the end.
