MBS Insurance - The Australian Golf Club
The annual MBS Insurance Golf Day took place at the stunning Australian Golf Club under sunny skies. Many of the guests were playing one of Australia's most iconic courses for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience...whilst some enjoyed the previous night a bit too much and may have taken a while to warm up!
After 10 years of the event the winners prize still alludes Kris Mason, although this was his best effort yet with a 2nd place finish. Congratulations to his team of Damien Mu & Craig Hughes who finished with nine birdies and a bogey to post a nett score of 57.5. Our winners thought they had thrown it all away when they bogeyed the last hole, but six birdies and an eagle prior to that got the job done with a nett 54.25 - more than three shots better than the runners up.
