Lexus of Sutherland Golf Invitationals 2018 - Macquarie Links International Golf Club

A big crowd were again on hand for the Lexus of Sutherland Golf Invitational at Macquarie Links International Golf Club. Three stunning Lexus cars were on display, including the new LS500 and RX350L. Guest's made their way to the course full of excitement with a host of activities on course, including massage therapists and six time Australian Long Drive Champion, Mark Bylsma. 

Perfect weather meant scoring was always going to be good. The first three placed teams all shot scores of 62 or less, making it hard for the rest of the field to compete. Well done to the third place team of Anna Park, Eun Mi Han, Sung Kwan Park & Jae Kim who finished with a nett 54.5. In second with a great round of nine birdies and nine pars were Brett Poll, Rodd Poll, Graham Bashford & Gerry Fischl who were just under a shot in front of third place with a nett 53.625. Our winners had a nett 52.625 and ended up signing for the lowest score of the day with a 61. Congratulations to David Spilstead (6), Matt Wilson (18), Robert Hanson (16) & Howard Stevenson (27).

A great turn out of Lexus owners were also on hand for the beginner golf lessons, with 23 guests getting an introduction to the great game of golf. 

The event was wrapped up with the draw for the Lexus Melbourne Cup Experience. Congratulations to James Yeung who will have the opportunity to play at Royal Melbourne Golf Club and be hosted in the Lexus Design Pavilion for the running of the Lexus Melbourne Cup.
