2025 Lexus of Sutherland Golf Invitational - Port Kembla Golf Club

The Lexus Sutherland Golf Invitational was held at Port Kembla Golf Club under perfect conditions. The course was looking spectacular and it would take a great score to be on the podium at the end.

The third placed team of Stuart Bramley, Neil Riles, Kevin Harvey & Richard Harvey were off to a great start to be seven under after ten holes. Unfortunately for them, they could only manage two more birdies and would have to settle for nett 54.75. Just 0.13 ahead with nett 54.62 were Julie Nolan, Frank Nolan, Shane Duff & Colin McDonald. In contrast to the third placed team, they were only one under after eleven holes and had a lot of work to do. Three quick birdies and a healthy handicap allowed them to sneak up into second place. The winners were off to a hot start with birdies on their first seven holes. Things didn't slow much after a par on the next, because they recorded an eagle straight after to be nine under after nine holes. In then end they went on to score an amazing sixteen under par and take out the victory by more than 3 1/2 shots with nett 51. The on course charity event raised just shy of $4,000 for the St George & Sutherland Medical Research Foundation - thanks to all who contributed! Skye was on the 5th hole with Flightscope - for a collection of swings, please see the video below:

The opportunity to go to the Lexus Melbourne Cup and play The Royal Melbourne Golf Club was drawn at the end of the day and Julie Nolan was the lucky winner. Julie will have the opportunity to attend LANDMARK by Lexus for the running of the Lexus Melbourne Cup.
