2026 Lexus of Sutherland Golf Invitational - Port Kembla

The Lexus of Sutherland Golf Invitational took place at Port Kembla Golf Club. The course was in fantastic shape and despite the breeze picking up, low scores would be the order of the day.

The third placed team of Wayne Pottenger, Richard Harvey, Chris Johnston & Rick Channels where traveling along nicely at five under par after thirteen holes, but still well back from a podium finish with just five holes to go. Thankfully for them, three birdies were added and they were able to sneak into third place with nett 55.87. The runners up finished with nett 54 and after a fantastic start with nine birdies in thirteen holes they hit a tough stretch of holes and only managed one more birdie for the rest of the day. This meant missing out on top spot by a mere 0.13 of a shot! Well played, Gerry Fischl, Rod Poll Snr, Rod Poll Jnr & Brett Poll. The winners shot the equal lowest score of the day, a great 62! They were off to a steady start when they were two under par after five holes. Then things changed when one of their players holed a shot from 45m out for an eagle! When this was followed just three holes later with another eagle, they had made their way to the top of the leaderboard. That said, if they didn't finish with three consecutive birdies they would not have taken out the win with nett 53.87. Congratulations Albert Tory (23), Stuart Bramley (19), Ethan Harvey (+4) & Steve Ganitis (27). For the full results from the day, please click on the button below - 'Download All Results'.
