2025 Melbourne City Lexus Golf Invitational - Yarra Yarra

The Melbourne City Lexus Golf Invitational took place at the beautiful Yarra Yarra Golf Club and the weather did its part after some early morning showers cleared to a beautiful day, offering the guests perfect conditions to experience amazing.

The third placed team of David Cate, Anna Chin, Cheryle Royle & Richard Royle were moving along nicely at two under par after five holes until a dreaded bogey made its way onto the score card. With plenty of handicap up their sleeves they didn't panic and were able to finally sign for one under par giving them nett 57.37, allowing them to sneak into third place by less than a shot. The runners up fell less than a shot short of the winning score with nett 55.75. They were off to a tough start with a bogey on their second hole, but things improved with a couple of birdies and a timely eagle on the 9th moved them quickly up the leaderboard. Three more birdies and a bogey on their final nine holes would enough for a second place finish. Well played, Ngan Hyunh, Ricky Hyunh, Yuji Ito & Motoyoshi Kihara. The winners were off to a strong start with three birdies in six holes. They would have to wait eight holes for another birdie and in the end had the luxury of a couple of bogeys to finish to still take out the win with nett 54.87. Congratulations James Everist (16), Kristen Harvey (30), Catrina Cook (33) & Cathy Townsend (30). For the full results from the day, please click on the button below - 'Download All Results'.
