2025 Lexus of Indooroopilly Golf Invitational - Links Hope Island

The Lexus of Indooroopilly Golf Invitational was held at Links Hope Island and after a false start due to the weather some weeks ago, guests were treated to a beautiful day.

The third place team of Tony Avis, Terri Avis, John Elks & Judy Elks recorded a couple of pars to start and then played the next eight holes in six under par. Then a dreaded bogey made its way onto the score card and they never quite recovered with only two more birdies for the rest of the round to finish with nett 56.5. Just 0.5 ahead were our runners up with nett 56. They were six under par after eleven holes and had victory in site, but unfortunately for them, they would play out their final seven holes in even par. Well played, Swe Lim, Ping Liu, Angela Fong & Vincent Fong. The winners had a crazy start to their round and after seven holes had one eagle, three birdies and a bogey on the card. Steady golf was then played over the next few holes before three birdies in their last four holes gave them the narrow win with nett 55.75, just 0.25 ahead of second. Congratulations Derek Moore (3), Alan Graham (27), Mark Newbold (18) & Chris Dirckze (18). For the full results from the day, please click on the button below - 'Download All Results'.
