2023 Lexus of Perth Golf Invitational - Joondalup Resort
The Lexus of Perth Golf Invitational was held at Joondalup Resort under perfect conditions. The course was in fantastic shape and scoring would no doubt reflect that, albeit the greens were running quickly and would be the biggest challenge on the day. In the end, less than half a shot separated the top two teams.
The third placed team of Noel Patterson, Marilyn Patterson, Nicola Braccia & Benny Bertoncini were just over a shot shy of the runners up with nett 55.25. Their round consisted of six birdies and a lone bogey on their second last hole, but thankfully for them that didn't effect their position on the leaderboard. The runners up were having a nice round to be four under after twelve holes, but four birdies in their last six holes shot them up the leaderboard with a nett 54.12. Well played, Davide Brunini, Keith Oldfield, Colin Woodcock & Hiroyuki Kurahashi. The winners had the lowest score of the day, a 62 that included ten birdies and eight pars to finish with nett 53.75. Congratulations Hoo Wong (1), Aaron Slocum (20), Mark Hancock (27) & John Meehan (18). For the full results from the day, please click on the button below - 'Download All Results'.
