2023 Lexus of Darwin Golf Invitational - Darwin Golf Club

The Lexus of Darwin Golf Invitational was held at Darwin Golf Club under great conditions. Low scores would be the order of the day if the guests wanted to get their hands on the beautiful Lexus prizes.

The winners and runners up separated themselves from the field by over two shots after shooting the two lowest scores of the day. The third placed team of Therese Osborne, Kerry Osborne, Nick Frangoulis & Greg Dobrovic were one under par after seven holes and then things got moving when they had four birdies in their next seven holes. Unfortunately, they didn't record any more birdies and would have to settle for third place with nett 54.5. The second place team had an incredible start with six straight birdies. Things naturally slowed down a bit, but they were still able to shoot the lowest score of the day, a 59 to finish with nett 52. Well played, Ima Core, Doug Core, Marian Cox & Suzee Harris. The winners had a steady start with two birdies in their first seven holes. They then struck trouble with a bogey on the 15th before a generous donation at the charity hole saw them get their round back on track. They would eventually sign for a 61 giving them nett 50.5 to take out the win. Congratulations Zac Sarginson (18), Brendon Cunningham (21), Anya Lorimer (27) & Greg Conner (18).
