2021 Lexus of Chatswood Golf Invitational - Terrey Hills - 8th June

The Lexus of Chatswood Golf Invitational was held under cool conditions after a false start at the beginning of May due to a Sydney 'rain bomb'. Terrey Hills Golf & Country Club was in great condition and the green keepers were out rolling the greens prior to play to ensure the guests would be treating to perfect putting surfaces. Just under 100 guests enjoyed the day, either playing the 18 hole event joining the beginner lessons. 

In third place was the team of Mandeep Rana, Jagi Rana, Sujit Sharma & Vivek Sood who had the equal lowest score of the day with a 64. Still, that was not good enough to get them over the line and they would have to settle for third after six birdies and an eagle gave them nett 56.37. The runners up  were just over one shot shy of the winning score and must be regretting the two bogeys they had during the day. Thankfully, they also had five birdies and an eagle to finish with nett 55.62. Well played, Guobin Zhang, Richard Lu, Lee Ayliff & Gordon Galt. The winners didn't have it all their way and were only two under par through eleven holes. Birdies on five out of six holes to finish shot them up the leader board with nett 54.5. Money was raised for Tour de Cure on course and in the clubhouse via the draw for the set of Piranha irons. Thank you to all who contributed in raising just under $3,000.

The opportunity for one Lexus owner to attend the Lexus Melbourne Cup was drawn at the end of the day. Congratulations to Ronnie Moss, who will have the opportunity to play The Royal Melbourne Golf Club followed by a day at the races in the Lexus Design Pavilion (LANDMARK by Lexus) for the running of the Lexus Melbourne Cup.
